Design Concept:
A luxury residential tower in the heart of downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn’s tallest building to date. Looking to the works of American and Danish icons of the 50’s, the interiors reflect a refined mid-century vernacular relying heavily on artisanal expression blended with elements of Brooklyn industrial chic. The project boasts over 40,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed amenity spaces intended to function similarly to a local hip hotel lobby.
